- Currently PaddleFlix.Com offers UPS Ground shipping as our only shipping method. We have found UPS Ground to be very reliable and to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. We offer only one shipping method to keep our operation simple and allow us to focus on offering you the most paddling DVDs and videos and the most reviews available on the web.
- Privacy & Security
- At PaddleFlix.Com we are very committed to customer privacy and security. We will not send you any email without your permission. We will not provide your email address or any of your information to any third parties.
- Our web store allows secure ordering using strong SSL based encryption for all of your sensitive information. We do not store your credit card information after your order is processed.
- Returns & Replacements
- PaddleFlix.Com offers a 30 day return policy. Any products which arrived damaged or do not play will be replaced immediately at no charge to the customer. Otherwise, we will accept any unopened DVDs and videos for a 5% restocking fee with the first 30 days after purchase. Our restocking fee exists to discourage abuse of our return policy.
- Payment
- We accept payment only via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Due to additional processing costs, we cannot accept any payment method other than credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
